Happy International Womens Day! Instead of congratulating ourselves on being awesome,
we thought we'd offer all kick ass women some tips to kicking the guilt and shame from their life!

1. Instead of kicking yourself, kick some ass!

2. When your boss gives you a string of compliments and then asks you to work the weekend, just be like - oh hell no!

3. Log off social media for a week. No seriously, we dare you.​

4. Don't eat that kale shake.

5. Reintroduce a blankie back into your life... might not do wonders for the sex life though

6. Indulge in a guilty pleasure and then post it's deliciousness to make everyone envious. (We know we just said log off social media, but let's be honest, we'll only last a few hours)

7. BREAK UP with your guilt! Enough is enough.
